The CARE Team coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the CARE Team by gathering data for grant reporting, monitoring and communicating regarding the grant budget, assisting with Care Team staff time sheets, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, and arranging meetings. The CARE Team Coordinator will work collaboratively with the CARE Team in order to promote quality client care and agency philosophy.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Outpatient Services Director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Grant administrative support and adherence to grant requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation in order to prepare documents and all types of other correspondence.
-Knowledge of data management techniques and systems.
-Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
-Knowledge of math.
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Windows, and all Microsoft Office Products including Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective positive, productive working relationships with staff and public.
-Ability to respond in a courteous, pleasant manner.
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
-Ability to apply skills to several projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-High school graduate or GED
